Kimberly Thurm has been in the business of real estate for over 30 years. She has been a Broker/Owner of her own Real Estate company for 12 years, a Sales Manager of mid-size company and a Branch Executive for a large corporate brand real estate company. Kimberly’s knowledge also extends into building, remodeling, new construction and investing. Real Estate and in general Homes are her life’s work!
Kimberly enjoys helping her clients every step of the way through the buying and selling process. She is known for her easy accessibility, her exceptional guidance, unparalleled negotiation abilities, creative marketing approach and her total dedication to her clients. Born and raised in the Chicago-land suburbs, Kimberly’s first calling was the legal field and became a certified paralegal working for a number of law firms. When her second child was born, her desire was to stay close to home. So, Real Estate beckoned. She brought her professional skills, knowledge and experience helping clients achieve their goals to her career as a Real Estate Broker Consultant.
Kimberly has earned numerous awards in recognition and as honor of achievements for her life time commitment to real estate including sales volume, listings volume, and highest priced sold and so on, all of which she is very thankful. However, what she truly takes pride in which is the most important award: knowing a job is well done and having her clients’ admiration.
Kimberly’s free time is devoted to her family, her husband and three sons. Their company and their extended family’s company is something she always treasures. They all are very fond of spending time together at the family lake house in Michigan.
Kimberly’s background in law, building, remodeling and Real Estate exhibits her preparedness to help her clients with any of their Real Estate needs.
